Hey guys Today I'm sharing with you How to be pretty with no makeup | no makeup look
 I am taking you guys with a wellness journey towards a healthy and fulfilling life so yeah today's article is all about how to be beautiful without any makeup I really feel if someone would give me a compliment like oh you look very radiant that's much more special than if someone would say oh wow I love your makeup look if we feel good we will look good we don't need any makeup for this because it sounds very cheesy but Beauty does come from the inside


Drinking lots of water 

so yeah today I am going to share a couple of tips to feel good and some things to look good without using any makeup and the number one you guys notice in another article is hydration drinking a lot of water is so important for your body for your skin just grabs a glass of water I know they're also like water apps so you can have an app on your phone which gives you like a quick reminder when you have to drink if you really can't remember Then that's an option as well sometimes a lot of water can be a little bit Boring so I have been these two peo fermented Alok sirs and this is collagen and hydration and this is from the beauty chef and you just add like a little bit into a glass and you're adding some water and it has kind of like a sweet flavour

and they turned out that I was allergic to eggs so I stopped eating eggs and my skin kind of cleared up community so
yeah it can be very good to do a little test and to see where you're allergic to because everybody's different everybody has different things the Ottomans can eat gluten the other one can't eat eggs so it's all different but

 I do to make my The environment is calm and I really like to use candles when I come home after work or I had a busy day I turned on some like calm music then I also like to use candles and these are actually my favorite candle out there this is the scent Positano and this is from the brand tweedle the light of these candles make It is just very calm in the room

A little bit sometimes it is just very nice to chat a little bit with someone to get a little distraction or to talk about nice and fun subjects so yeah if you feel a little bit down I will recommend also to like hit up a friend or even though you don't want to leave the house sometimes will really help
to just do it and to make a little bit of social contacts yeah besides social contacts for me working out is a huge part as well and I don't really work out only to look good it is more to feel good because you really notice like if you work out afterwards your body makes endorphins and you feel happy again so yeah that is a very important aspect as well

 I also feel while working out my posture immediately changed Okay I need to sit a little bit more up but if your posture changes and you walk into a room with like open shoulders and like an open body you will really notice that you feel different as well you feel much more confident and you feel much better so yeah these are kind of the tips I do
to feel better and that way look better one of the most important things as well is obviously skin care having a good routine is the best way to take care of your skin yeah I gathered a couple of my favorite products and I would like to share those with you obviously a night the first thing I do is taking off the makeup never leave your makeup on I feel everyone knows this but it's so bad for your skin

so I am using this cleanser by omuro visca and I can just put this on it's kind of like a gel and I can literally just take out my makeup and it
cleans my skin as well and then a little - I've been using the globe Pro and glow Pro have always been like tiny little needles and I just go up and down on my skin and what it does it makes kind of tiny tiny little holes in your skin and because of that your skin is going to build new fresh skin cells and 

also if you use it afterwards the serums and gel you put on your skin absorbs better besides it feels very good like on your skin with tingling it is very nice as well so lately I have been using this power peel by m61 and it's just like a very quick facial peel in a little package and then face mask I think every girl who's lost face masks and they are just so the benefit shows that I tried to do a face mask almost every day and lately my one of my favorites has been the magic stripes and this is a detox mask and 

I also have a hydration mask ofice which are very nice and jeez I can't live out with these are eye pads from Beauty Bo and I take these when I travel a happy scene in the fridge so they are very cool in your skin very nice but yeah after like cleansing my face I'm putting a face mask on I love to put this happy for Jasmine water honestly I just discovered the brand hair before and it's all cruelty free and like vegan no parabens and it's just amazing on your skin I feel that's also very important to use like organic and like that


product that this and it's actually really funny I'm spraying a toner on my face right now something that you can do as well as getting a media fire in your apartment if the heaters are blowing it can get very dry in your place yeah having a humidifier will adjust the humidity.

A little bit in your apartment and your skin will feel less dry if you don't have a humidifier what you can do is get a bowl and put this next to the radiator and that way the water will go into the
air so quick Next, let's go back to my skincare routine after I told my face I like to use oil and recently like really into oils and this is the virgin facial oil from a drunk elephant and this just really feels very soft and like moist your skin without being like crazy oily

 I wear this underneath my makeup looks like I wear this all the time m61 SPF 30 moisturizer the Sun is still there and it is so important to protect your skin because maybe you won't see it right now in like 20 years you will definitely see if you took care of your skin and protect your skin to the Sun so just start as early as possible you get the benefit a little bit later so yeah these were things I do for my skin lately I've been very obsessed with this body oh oh here we go oils again this body oil from the brand fresh and it just smells so good and yeah your body is just very soft and

 I really feel these oils just really blend into your skin really well and that's Why does it just feel very good so we talked about our face or body and things I do for my hair maybe you guys have seen but my hair is getting pretty long I saw older vlogs and I was like oh my god and it's so short anyway the shampoo things I am using is this playa everyday shampoo this is made out of coconut water and sugar beet extract and these are also like paraben free so really really nice and this playa conditioner so yeah we're talking also about her health something I've been using is nutria fall which is a root or hair health and it contains ashwagandha which is an Indian root and it manages this level of stress in your body so stress and hair have a very close relation

 so it really helps to make your body a little bit less stressed and that way support the growth of your hair besides that it also contains a lot of things like vitamin A & E which is really good for skin hair and meals so yeah I've been taking these

vitamins every morning and I really noticed that my hair is much thicker and I don't know if it grows also really fast right now so so yeah I
I hope I'm going to get my long hair back I'm probably gonna cut it again very short but anyway that is a whole other story I really think being positive and wearing a smile is the best makeup you can wear so yeah
